Shasta Soda-Soaked Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- ¾ cup crushed nuts of choice (e.g., almonds, cashews, walnuts)
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Shasta Mountain Rush or Shasta Zero Sugar Mountain Rush (for low-calorie alternative)
Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, crushed nuts and the peanut butter. Slowly pour in the Shasta Mountain Rush and mix until the texture is moist and holds its shape. Or add Shasta Zero Sugar Mountain Rush for a low-calorie alternative. Roll into small, bite-sized balls—no baking required. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
