Tiki Berry Chill
Ingredients
- 2 cups mixed berries
- 2 lemon slices
- 1 cup Shasta Zero Sugar Tiki Punch
- 1/2 cups shaved ice*
Directions
In a pot, combine 1 cup of mixed berries and 2 lemon slices. Then, pour 1 cup of Shasta Zero Sugar Tiki Punch into the pot and boil the mixture for 10-12 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool. Once cooled, blend the mixture and strain it to create the fruit syrup. The fruit syrup can be stored in the fridge for 4-5 days.
In a serving glass, add 1/2 cup of shaved ice and pour over fruit syrup. Repeat the layers of shaved ice and fruit syrup twice. Garnish with the remaining mixed berries and soak in the island vibes with Zero Sugar Tiki Punch.
*Shaved ice machine or blender is needed for this recipe.
