Root Beer Choco-Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking sodaÂ
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 stick unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- (1) 12 oz bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 5 tbsp Shasta Root BeerÂ
Directions
In a small bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt. In a large bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Beat in eggs and gradually add sifted dry ingredients, mix well. Stir in Shasta Root Beer and chocolate chips. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto a cookie sheet. Bake in a 375-degree oven for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely for about 30 minutes then enjoy!
