Holiday Jingle Juice Mocktail
Ingredients
- 1 oz lime juice
- 3 oz pomegranate juice
- 4 oz Shasta Ginger Ale
- Ice cubes frozen with pomegranate arils and rosemary leaves
- <strong>For cinnamon ginger sugar syrup:</strong>
- 4 cups water
- 3 cups sugar
- 4-5 cinnamon sticks
- Few slices of ginger
- Pomegranate arils and rosemary for garnish
Directions
For ginger cinnamon sugar syrup: bring water, fresh ginger, cinnamon sticks, and sugar to a boil for 15-20 minutes until the mixture is a honey-like consistency. Strain ginger cinnamon sugar syrup into a serving glass, add lime juice, and mix well. Add the pomegranate and rosemary ice cubes. Add pomegranate juice and top off with Shasta Ginger Ale. Garnish with fresh pomegranate arils and a rosemary sprig to enjoy your Shasta Holiday Jingle Juice Mocktail. Cheers!
