California Dreamin’ Breeze
Ingredients
- 3 oz pineapple juice
- 4 oz Shasta California Dreamin’ soda
- 1 tsp cream of coconut
- 3 oz coconut milk
- Ice cubes
- Coconut flakes, to rim the glass
- Pineapple slice and leaves, for garnish
Directions
Combine the pineapple juice, Shasta California Dreamin’ soda, cream of coconut, coconut milk, and a handful of ice cubes. Blend until smooth and creamy. Dip the rim of the glass into the cream of coconut, then coat the rim with coconut flakes. Pour the mocktail into the prepared glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and pineapple leaves.
