Spiced Apple Creme Fizz
Ingredients
- Cinnamon sticks and star anise (for prepared ice cubes)
- 2 tbsp apple purée
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon and clove powder
- 6 oz Shasta Creme Soda (or Shasta Zero Sugar Creme Soda for a low-calorie alternative)
- Rosemary and apple slices, for garnish
Directions
To make the cinnamon–star anise ice, add water, cinnamon sticks, and star anise to an ice cube tray and freeze until solid.
For the drink, mix the apple purée with the cinnamon and clove powder in a small bowl, then spoon the mixture into a serving glass. Add the prepared cinnamon–star anise ice cubes, pour Shasta Creme Soda (or Zero Sugar Creme Soda) over the top, and garnish with rosemary and apple slices. Stir lightly and enjoy!
