INGREDIENTS: Carbonated water, grapefruit juice from concentrate, citric acid, gum acacia, potassium benzoate (preservative), sucralose, natural flavor, ester gum, acesulfame potassium, carob bean gum, citrus pectin 
Grapefruit Arugula Salad
For the Dressing:
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Shasta Zazz Grapefruit Soda or Shasta Zero Sugar Grapefruit Soda (for a low-calorie alternative)
For the Salad:
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped radishes
- 1 cup chopped grapefruit
- 1½ cups arugula
- 2 tbsp chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp crumbled feta cheese
Whisk together the olive oil, white vinegar, honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, and salt until well combined. Stir in the Shasta Zazz Grapefruit Soda (or Shasta Zero Sugar Grapefruit Soda) and mix well. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cucumber, tomatoes, radishes, grapefruit, and arugula. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts and crumbled feta cheese. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Serve immediately and enjoy!
